Dolores Vargas
Operations Manager
Dolores Vargas is the Operations Manager for Innovate+Educate, located in the Santa Fe office. Dolores brings a depth of experience to the team, including overseeing day-to-day activities and needs for the CEO, COTO and multiple consultants and employees within the organization. Dolores previously worked in healthcare, healthcare operations, and childcare before joining Innovate+Educate in 2011. She worked for Innovate+Educate from 2011-2013, then returned to Innovate+Educate in 2015 after working for St. Vincent’s Healthcare.
Dolores is a native of Taos, New Mexico and is a proud parent of Abby, a high school student in Santa Fe Public Schools.
