Job-Ready Hire is led by Innovate+Educate and focuses on developing strategies for new employment pathways based on skills and competencies. The work is funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and is in partnership with TalentABQ, an initiative funded by the City of Albuquerque.

It is comprised of cross industry HR representatives of local businesses who focus on identifying and leveraging innovative competency-based learning and hiring solutions to improve economic mobility for local candidates and incumbents and increase the hiring/selection ROI for employers. It demonstrates the effectiveness of skills-based hiring through the framework.
