Reesa has a natural sense of what organizations and people need to excel and a passion to help individuals, teams and leaders achieve their best.
Reesa enjoyed a 30-year career in Shell Oil Information Technology and before retiring in 2015 held a diverse set of roles in strategy & planning, organizational development, change management, domestic and international IT helpdesk management, project management, IT procurement, corporate auditing and application support and development. Her final executive position was the Strategy and Planning Manager for Shell’s IT Operations which provided global IT Services and application and infrastructure operations to Royal Dutch Shell, supporting all Shell users in 100+ countries.
Through line leadership, organization development and staff roles, Reesa created fundamental shifts in the way people perform and how business is done. Reesa’s real life experience serves as an invaluable foundation for her Organization Effectiveness consulting.
In 2006, the Houston Association for Women in Computing recognized Reesa as a recipient of a Leadership in Technology Award. She has served on education non-profit boards, is an active certified yoga instructor and currently the President of the Westlake High School Parent Teachers Organization. Reesa received a BBA in Business Computer Systems from University of New Mexico in 1985 and now resides in Austin, TX with her husband and son.
