Tiffany Delgado

Global Projects Advisor

Tiffany Delgado was born and raised in the Dallas – Fort Worth, Texas metroplex. Graduating as a Southwest Scholar, post-high school she joined the United States Army, Signal Corp as a Multi-Channel Transmission Systems Operator-Maintainer. She served stateside and continues to use her critical thinking, analytical, maintenance and repair skills to this day. Upon separation, she returned to Dallas and began her career in Workforce Development. For the next decade, she would work for two Workforce Development Boards across Texas as a Workforce Development Specialist, Quality Assurance, and Performance Specialist and become a fierce asset to private contractors and WDB teams.

Her focus was shifted back to military life in mid-2000s when she became a military spouse and was blessed with two special needs children. Facing adversity for her children’s medical care and life necessities, her passion and energies were deepened in the community of underserved, underprivileged, and those with disabilities while leading military spouse initiatives at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst in New Jersey; ultimately leading her to nonprofit work.

She began this phase of her career with Innovate + Educate, a global nonprofit based out of Santa Fe, New Mexico, and led a successful economic mobility initiative funded by Walmart Foundation. Her work continued into other national and international projects and initiatives and her skills and abilities were expanded education and employment technology design, UX/UI, and graphic design.

She began serving as a co-producer of the CLOSE IT Summit in 2017 and continues to strive to educate and globally elevate work + learn initiatives.

Tiffany joined Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia as a Grant Writer and continues to impact her local community as passionately as she has done on a national and global scale.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s in Science in Healthcare Management from American Intercontinental University.
